Ghost Tours
Our guided ghost tours take you through the 108 Mile Heritage Site after hours when the stories come alive and the energy shifts.
Walk through historic buildings, hear true tales from the past, and visit locations where guests and guides have experienced unexplained activity.

Our Haunted B&B experience gives you extended access to the site after dark, long after tours end and the crowds leave.

Guests must be 13+ for Ghost Tours (16 and under accompanied by an adult, preferably a parent or guardian).

18+ required for Paranormal Investigations and Paranormal Courses

Ghost Tours - preferable to book in advance however walk ins will be accepted. The walk in fee is $5 more per person/

Investigations, courses, and overnight stays must be booked in advance.

Waivers
A signed liability waiver is required prior to participation for all activities.
CODE of conduct

No provoking, taunting, or disrespectful behaviour toward spirits, staff, or other guests.

No alcohol or substance use during investigations.

Guests must follow all safety instructions at all times.

No smoking or vaping on the Heritage Site Grounds.
